We developed the Environmental Impact Statement for the Urban Development project for vacation homes with simultaneous construction to obtain environmental certification. The project aims to provide the land in Santa Beatriz de Ancón with all necessary services (roads and sidewalks, water, sewage, electrical installations, and other appropriate amenities) for residential use. Taking these considerations into account, and addressing the community's need for a suitable place to live, the Urban Development project incorporates physical and environmental characteristics that allow for the appropriate use of the land, thereby improving the community's quality of life.

The DIA determines the project's area of influence, framed by the geographical scope and by the changes, alterations or direct impacts produced by the activities on the environment: water, air, flora, fauna, climate, heritage, etc.

Environmental impacts are identified and assessed based on the interaction of environmental aspects (project activities) and environmental components (physical, chemical, biological, and social environment). A strategic environmental assessment is conducted to determine the measures, plans, and programs necessary to mitigate the effects of the identified impacts. This Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) has been approved by the General Directorate of Environmental Affairs of the Ministry of Housing, Construction, and Sanitation.
