MANEUVER STUDY
Maneuvering Study of the Multibuoy Port Terminals T1, T2 and T3 and the Monobuoy Port Terminal T4 of Refinería La Pampilla SAA

GAPASH developed for Refinería La Pampilla SAA the Maneuvering Studies of the Multibuoy Port Terminals T1, T2 and T3 as well as the Monobuoy Port Terminal T4, in accordance with the guidelines established in the Directoral Resolution No. 1314-2016-MGP/DGCG, which regulates the procedures and technical requirements for the preparation, processing and approval of this type of studies before the National Maritime Authority.
The studies included the evaluation of the operating conditions of each terminal, the characteristics of the design vessels, the meteorological and oceanographic conditions of the environment, as well as the analysis of the approach, mooring, unmooring and departure maneuvers required to ensure safe and efficient operations.
As a result, the Maneuvering Studies were approved by DICAPI. Additionally, GAPASH provided technical support and specialized advice throughout the operational evaluation and approval process for the terminals, successfully obtaining the necessary authorizations for the safe operation of maritime and port activities at the La Pampilla Refinery.
