GAPASH developed the technical studies and files necessary for the management of various procedures before the competent authorities, including the definitive viability of the port activity, the modification and renewal of the right of use of aquatic area, the port authorization by modification of aquatic area and the optimization of the environmental management instrument of the terminal before DICAPI and PRODUCE.

As part of the project, the Engineering Report and Master Plan required for obtaining port authorization were prepared, incorporating technical information obtained through specialized field campaigns. These included topographic and geodetic surveys, single-beam bathymetry, marine sediment sampling and analysis, and meteorological wind measurements.

The information gathered allowed for the technical support of the files submitted to the authorities, providing a solid basis for the management of permits, authorizations and regulatory adjustments related to the operation of the port terminal.
