We developed the Port Master Plan and the Basic Engineering Report for updating coordinates and classifying the effective and ineffective use of the Blue Pacific Oils (BPO) Multibuoy Port Terminal. This involved conducting specialized studies to characterize the oceanographic (waves, currents, tides, bathymetry, and sediments), meteorological, and geomorphological conditions of the area of influence, providing the necessary technical information to support the terminal's operation and management.

The strategic configuration of the Multibuoy Port Terminal, its operational capacity, area of influence, type of cargo handled, and the relationship between existing infrastructure and projected demand were also evaluated, identifying the needs for optimization and development of its facilities. The studies also included the definition of environmental management and mitigation measures associated with port activities.

As a result, the Port Master Plan and the Basic Engineering Report provided the technical basis for updating the terminal's aquatic components and classifying its operational areas, allowing the National Port Authority to obtain temporary and definitive technical viability.
