GAPASH developed the Port Master Plan, the Basic Engineering Report and the Hydro-Oceanographic Study of the Multibuoy Mooring K of the Port Terminal for Transport and Storage of Liquids SA (TRALSA), as part of the technical support required to obtain the definitive technical viability, the renewal and modification of the right of use of aquatic area and the port authorization of the facility, within the framework of the modifications made to the submarine lines of the terminal.

The work included bathymetric surveys, hydro-oceanographic studies, meteorological measurements, and analysis of the existing infrastructure, allowing for the characterization of the terminal's operational and environmental conditions. This information was used to prepare the necessary technical documents to support the continued operation and development of the multi-buoy mooring facility before the relevant authorities.

The project provided a solid technical basis for the regularization and planning of port infrastructure, ensuring compliance with the requirements established for its operation and future development.
